Michele Lane, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Founder & Aesthetic Injector
Michele Lane is the founder and clinical lead at L3 Aesthetics in Oklahoma City, bringing over two decades of nursing experience and a deep passion for patient-centered care. She began her nursing career in 2002 and built her foundation in emergency medicine at Integris Southwest Medical Center. Michele later expanded her scope by earning a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Oklahoma City University in 2022.
Her transition into aesthetic medicine was driven by a desire to combine clinical expertise with artistry. She received advanced injector training under nationally recognized leaders in the field and now specializes in cosmetic injectables, PRF/PRP, microneedling, and wellness treatments. Michele’s approach focuses on natural results, patient safety, and empowering each client to feel their best.
Outside the clinic, Michele enjoys coffee, Oklahoma weather watching, and spending time with her husband Nick and their son. She is an active member of Life Church and is proud to serve the Midwest City and greater Oklahoma City community with integrity, skill, and compassion.
Nick Lane, BSN, RN
Co-Founder & Aesthetic Nurse
Nick Lane is the co-founder of L3 Aesthetics in Oklahoma City and a highly experienced registered nurse with over 20 years in the medical field. After earning his BSN from Oklahoma City University’s Kramer School of Nursing in 2003, Nick built a strong foundation in emergency nursing at Integris Southwest Medical Center and later served as a traveling nurse across multiple states, specializing in pre- and post-operative care.
In 2022, Nick transitioned into aesthetic medicine alongside his wife, Michele, combining his clinical expertise with advanced training in cosmetic injectables and skin rejuvenation. He is passionate about delivering safe, effective treatments that enhance each patient’s natural features while promoting long-term skin health and wellness.
Nick is certified in TNCC and holds prior EMT training, adding to his broad medical background. A lifelong resident of Midwest City, he is dedicated to serving the local community through compassionate, results-driven care. Outside the clinic, Nick enjoys outdoor adventures, cold-weather sports, and spending quality time with Michele and their son. He is also an active member of Life Church.
Heidi Trahan
Office Manager
Heidi Trahan serves as the Office Manager for the L3 aesthetics, where she helps ensure that daily operations run smoothly while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client. With a background as a medical assistant and skincare rep Heidi brings both clinical knowledge and strong organizational skills to her role, helping bridge patient care with efficient office management.
Outside of the office, Heidi is a devoted Christian, proud military wife, and mom of three. She also cherishes her role as “Mimi,” embracing the joy of family and faith in her daily life. Her dedication to service, compassion for others, and attention to detail make her an important part of the team and the positive environment clients experience each day.
Makenzie Stroh
Licensed Esthetician
Makenzie is a licensed esthetician who began her professional journey in 2023 with a passion for skin health and client confidence. Her interest in esthetics first started from a personal place- wanting to better understand and improve her own skin while struggling with acne. Through that experience, she discovered a deeper love for the industry and a passion for helping others feel more confident in their skin using proper techniques, effective treatments, and high-quality skincare products. Makenzie is dedicated to continued education and is always eager to learn new skills, expand her knowledge, and grow within the esthetics field to better serve her clients.
Outside of the treatment room, Makenzie enjoys spending time with her soon to be husband, Will, their dog Tucker, and making memories with family and friends.
